Brussels Sprouts with Garlic and Ham
- • Leftover Brussels Sprouts
- • Leftover Ham or Bacon cut into small pieces
- • Butter or Olive Oil for Frying
- • 1-2 Garlic Gloves very finely chopped
- • One small onion chopped finely
- • The amount of onion and garlic depends on your own taste
- Place oil or butter in a frying pan.
- Cook onion and garlic till transparent and cooked.
- Cut spouts in half and toss in the pan with the chopped ham.
- Cook until heated through.
