2 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick butter, melted
1 c mayonaisse – (dukes or hellmans)
1 tsp tony chachere’s creole seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place shrimp in a shallow baking dish. Pour melted butter over shrimp. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Tony’s creole seasoning. Spread mayonnaise over shrimp to cover.
2. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until shrimp are pink and sauce is bubbly. Serve over Zatarains rice pilaf.
