Strawberry lemonade pound cake with strawberry lemonade sauce.

Ingredients you will need.

3 cups all purpose flour

3 cups sugar
5 large Eggs
3 sticks unsalted butter. Room temp
1 8 ounce cream cheese room temp.
3 lemons with zest
1 1/2 cups of chopped strawberries more if desired. Plus 6 large strawberries
1 can sweet condensed milk


Mix and bake in oven at 350 for 70 minutes give or take. When toothpick comes out clean. To start chop strawberries and add juice of lemons to strawberries add lemon zest set aside
Step 1.
Cream butter,and cream cheese until fluffy at low speed with mixer add sugar and mix.
Step 2 add eggs one at a time with mixer at low speed. Add juice from bowl of strawberries mix at low speed or by hand until mixed well.
Step 3
Mix in flour 1 cup at a time to mixture until all is incorporated. I mis ut st low speed for two minutes.
Step 4
Fold in strawberries to batter it will be thick. Put in greased and floured bundt pan and bake.
In a bowl mix sweetened condensed milk 6 strawberries mashed up with juice of 1 lemon and zest.
When cake comes out of oven let cool some remove from pan. Using wooden spoon handle poke holes in cake while still warm pour sauce over top of cake let drizzle down sides. Only used half of mixture. The rest can be used on muffins or pancakes.
